Mental Illness Awareness Walk
We will kick off the week with our very first Mental Illness Awareness Walk on October 2, 2010 at the Memorial Park Complex in York. Registration starts at 8:30 am with the walk beginning at 10:00.
Having a local walk will increase awareness (and hopefully, financial support), right here in our own community. Last year, we raised $4120 at the NAMIWalks in Harrisburg. This year, our goal is $20,000. With business sponsorships and local support, it CAN be done! Call the office at 717-848-3784 to find out how YOU can help.
